This policy applies to all purchases made on our website, www.maitorcranes.com . Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when returning a product.
1.Return Window (30-Day Minimum)
To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the return process within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this 30-day period will not be accepted unless required by applicable state law .
2.Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. Due to the nature of heavy machinery and safety equipment, the following specific conditions apply:
Unused and Uninstalled: The equipment must not have been used, installed, or put into operation.
Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging to prevent damage during transit. If the original packaging is damaged, you must contact us for guidance before shipping.
Safety Components: For reasons of liability and hygiene, certain components (such as slings, straps, or electronic controllers) may be subject to inspection and must be free of contaminants, wear, or tampering.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase from www.maitorcranes.com is required to complete the return.
3.Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety regulations and the specialized nature of our industry, we cannot accept returns on:
Custom-made or special-order rigging equipment.
Wire rope or chain cut to length.
Products that have been altered or modified from their original specifications.
Items classified as “Final Sale” on the product page.
4.How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you must contact us first. Unauthorized returns shipped to our address without prior approval will not be accepted.

Provide Details: Please provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Receive Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address. Any items returned without an RMA number clearly marked on the package may be refused.
5.Return Shipping Costs
Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong part, or no longer need the equipment, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Defective / Incorrect Items: If you are returning an item due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item) or because the item is defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Please contact us immediately upon discovery.
6.Inspection and Restocking Fee
Upon receipt of your returned item, our technical team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the “Eligibility Criteria” listed in Section 2.
Approval: If approved, the refund process will begin.
Damage: If the item is returned in unsellable condition due to damage during return shipping (and you provided your own shipping label), a refund may be reduced or forfeited.
7.Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing Time: If approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. According to Google Merchant Center guidelines, we initiate the refund process within 2 business days of receiving the approved return .
Credit Issuance: The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account depends on your bank or credit card issuer (typically 5-10 business days).
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
8.Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different model or size (e.g., different weight capacity), the fastest way is to return the item you have for a refund (subject to restocking fees) and make a separate purchase for the new item.
9.Damaged or Defective Items (Warranty)
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos of the damage and the packaging.
Do not attempt to install or use damaged equipment.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible, and we will cover all associated shipping costs.
